Bengali new year Free Gift contest     

Terms and Conditions

1. The Benglai new year free gift contest ('free gift contest'/ 'free gift')  is being run by Debshakti Agarbatti Enterprise (‘Debshakti’ / ‘Ezybusket‘/ ‘we’/ ‘us’/’our’) Silo Dubi Road, Dakshin Golbagan, Nimta, Kolkata - 700049.

2. The free gift contest is open to all of our customer who is buying our product from “https://www.ezybusket.com/ “.

3. In entering the free gift contest, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

4. The free gift contest opens at 6:00 pm India on 16th April 2019 and closes at 11:30 pm India on 16th Jun 2019. Late entries will not be accepted.

5. To enter the free Gift contest: When a buyer purchases a Debshakti Product (incense sticks and Candle) from ezybusket will be eligible to get a free token.

6. Ezybusket will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

7. The prize will be as follows:

   • 1 piece Full HD LED TV 24 inch.

   • 5 pieces Micro oven

   • 10 pieces Mixture Grinder

8. The winners will be drawn at random.

9. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

10. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

11. The decision of the Ezybusket regarding any aspect of the free gift is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12. Winners will be notified after 25th June 2019 by phone call and e-mail.

13. Ezybusket will attempt to contact the free gift winners by email and phone call up to two times. If contact is not made, ezybusket reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

14. The free gift will deliver within 15 days after notifying the winner.

15. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the free gift contest which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

16. All personal information shall be used in accordance with the ezybusket’s Terms and condition and Privacy Policy.

17. The Ezybusket does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Free Gift contest or being selected for a gift, save that Ezybusket does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

18. Ezybusket Reserves the right to cancel the free gift contest or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
